Rubber wheels create flat areas

Build a 3x5 workbench with 6 of these casters. The total weight of the bench is about 250 pounds. max. After two weeks of no bench movement, all wheels have a definite flat spot that causes horrible wobble and hard roll. This happened on all six wheels.
