As others have said, it's smaller than expected BUT I like it so far. I used a wand (not the one with the handle on the end) on some knots in my shoulders that I couldn't get rid of with a massage ball or wand. This little stick slipped right under these knots and in the short time I've been using it I can feel heat and heat currents where I hit these knots. I had Charlie's arch horse and used a little horse that looked like a doorknob and got rid of that cramp. I like that the stones are cool to the touch and warm up and then quickly cool down again. My only criticism, I wish the set was bigger and longer because there is a knot between the shoulder blades that I can't reach and I know these poles would completely untie that knot. The doorknob is similar to the one I use as a cooling tab under my eyes and it's amazing. I would absolutely recommend these
