Sweet skirt! - my new rating
I ordered this for my daughter who wanted to be Emma Wiggle for Halloween. It fits perfectly even though it's transparent so be careful. She had black pantyhose underneath and it worked well. Much pathos, but not too pathos. My daughter is 4.5 feet tall and weighs 90 pounds.
