Good design, nothing for a beard.
This comb looks great, has a smooth opening mechanism and is a nice weight. This is not good for most bearded people. The teeth are not round and very square. The shape is painfully tangled and will pull out whiskers if you have curls or waves. Several friends with beards of different lengths tried it with the same result. For reference, I have a very soft, wavy beard and I groom or oil it daily.
