Great for emergencies. Folds into a bag for easy storage.

I like this solar panel because it folds into a large laptop sized bag for easy portability and storage. Complete with carry handle and heavy duty carry clasps. When unfolded, I can stand it on the built-in supports so it's not level. It's about five feet long when fully open. In bright sunshine, he charged the 13-volt battery of a self-propelled mower in just a few hours. Folds up and stores easily under the bed. Has 6 grommets (2 on each corner and 2 off-center) to hang the solar panel off the ground to keep my cats from splashing it, or to mount it in high winds. Got my headlight fully charged in a few hours. Bought an emergency solar panel from this store. I was just without power for 7 days during the 2021 Valentine's Day ice storm in Southwest Mississippi. My old solar panel attached to the barn wall kept the lawnmower battery charged, so I used it, properly plugged in, to charge my cellphone and Milanix portable TV. This one will stay in the camper and go with me. It also fits in the trunk of a car. With the right connections, you can easily charge your self-propelled lawnmower's battery to use as a backup power source.

Pros
  • Lots of fun
Cons
  • No power
