Review on StaffConnect by Jerry Mangum

I like how easy it is for me as an admin of my site (staffconnect) to be able see all communications with our users in one place! It's also very helpful when trying to figure out what went wrong or why someone isn't responding quickly enough - we can easily find this information within staffconnect itself. There are some features missing from current version which would make us more "connected" such as being notified via email if there was a new comment made about your profile/page etc. We've been using this software since before they were acquired so have not had any issues at least yet but am sure those will come up eventually haha :) Definitely recommend checking them out!! They provide great customer service too whenever you need help after signing into the system through support@stafconect.com.
