StaffConnect Review

I like how easy it is for me as an admin of my site (staffconnect) to be able see all communications with our users in one place! It's also very helpful when trying to figure out what went wrong or why someone isn't responding quickly enough - we can easily find this information within staffconnect itself. I like how easy it is for my team members to use this app when they are away from our office. It's very helpful because we can send them messages or share files with ease! We cannot see who has opened our emails in the past 24 hours so sometimes there could be some confusion about what was sent or not. This would help us know if someone received an email without being at work. Also, I wish you could have more than one option of time zones. Sometimes people don't understand what time zone means…
