I like how easy it is for my team members to use this app when they are away from our office. It's very helpful because we can send them messages or share files with ease! We cannot see who has opened our emails in the past 24 hours so sometimes there could be some confusion about what was sent or not. This would help us know if someone received an email without being at work. Also, I wish you could have more than one option of time zones. Sometimes people don't understand what time zone means but having multiple options will make things easier. If your organization needs a way to keep track of important information while out of the office then using this service is definitely worth trying. The benefits include the ability to quickly reach out to team members who may need support outside of normal business hours and also the benefit of knowing exactly where.
