I have sore ankles, Achilles tendon and heel spurs. I was hoping this would help ease the constant pain I am experiencing. I wore them for 2 days. I put them on in the morning and went about my business. I took them off in the evening. Then repeated the next day. After the first day of wearing them I noticed my skin was a bit more sensitive but I figured that was because I'd been wearing them all day and needed to let my skin breathe. After the 2nd day when I took them off, there was a heat rash wherever the braces were. The fabric is definitely NOT breathable as advertised. Although my legs felt a little better at the end of the day, not as sore as usual, I can't wear them. I do not recommend it to anyone who plans to wear it for a long time. It would probably be better if they were only worn for an hour or two at a time.
