Goodee does not manufacture high quality projectors. The first projector I bought from them was very blurry in the top left corner of the image and also very dark so I returned it and bought the next model hoping it would give better results. At first the new projector looked great, but then I realized that the whole image rotates noticeably even when the projector itself is level. I ended up having to put a half inch shim of wood under one side to even it out. To make matters worse, after about a week the top half of the image became much brighter than the bottom (leaving a very visible line across the entire screen). The sound is delayed by a few seconds for some reason when using the audio out, which is very annoying. Finally, when you turn on the projector, it creates a flickering effect, which disappears after 30-40 minutes. The thing is almost useless. I have contacted customer service several times and despite claiming to have a 5 year warranty I was ignored for 4 emails. At this price I did not expect perfection, but in my opinion it is not acceptable even at this price. Terrible projector quality, worst customer service. Avoid this brand and spend your hard earned money elsewhere!
