Ideal for backpackers and outdoor enthusiasts

A great tent even for experienced campers. Used it on a 5 day hike in Arizona. Here are some of the things I found on this trip. Pros: Durable, withstood quite strong winds very well. Spacious, it had enough room for me, my wife, our gear and our 145 lb Great Dane. Don't listen to people who say he's short, he's not. Very simple construction. It's actually one of the easiest setups I've ever experienced. Very easy to pack. I didn't have a hard time putting it back in my bag like I usually do with tents. Cons: A little heavy for a camping tent, but worth it for the size and strength of the poles. The seam is in the middle of the tent floor, although we didn't have any rain I noticed that there was a little dew collected on the inside of the seam. I used my waterproofing spray at home and it didn't leak the next time we took it out. Tent pegs are common and not suitable for strong winds or inclement weather. I recommend going to your local hardware store and buying some MSR Groundhog racks. All in all: the best value for money tent, it actually costs a lot more than what I paid for it. All the other experienced hikers on the trail were very jealous of it and thought we paid over $500 for it. Don't scroll any further, just buy this one.
