The only plus point is the size of the zippered pocket.

I read many reviews and was excited to try this running belt. Unfortunately, it failed in almost every way compared to the Nathan's Trail Mix strap it replaced. First plus point: My iPhone 7 with slim case fits comfortably in the zipped compartment, plus ID and cash/card. Now for the cons: - The belt is elastic. I wear a size 6 or 8 and even if I make the strap as small as possible, it still stretches when I'm carrying two full water bottles and slips off my hips when I run. I normally strap my dog's leash over my dog's leash - that definitely wouldn't work with this super-elastic harness, so I had to keep the leash on throughout the run. Water bottles are not easy to remove and replace in holsters. Each time I had to work with both hands. The shape of the water bottle means you can hear the water splashing with every step you take. I am convinced that this has led to additional pit stops every time I have driven with this belt. By comparison, Nathan's bottles are shaped to be virtually silent, regardless of the water level in each bottle. There aren't really any elastic "stuff" attachments on this belt. I usually bring a sweat towel, sunglasses, a jar of Coyote naps, and hide my gloves and/or headband after I've warmed up. I tried threading the towel through the elastic that was supposed to be the bib holder but it kept falling out so that's not a solution. The material is fairly durable, which means it heats up. There is no built-in ventilation. Towards the end of the run it got uncomfortably warm under the belt. - The belt was very elastic. Besides the fact that during my run it had to slide off and be put back in place, it bounced which was very annoying. - No space for a keychain. While the pocket is big enough for my phone and other thin items, the compartment didn't stretch enough to fit a car key. I ended up wearing it in my running shorts which wasn't very comfortable. I'm sure there are other runners looking for a harness with a large phone pocket and I hope this review helps others make an informed decision.
