Not for active children

The cup is very well made but my son is too wild for this cup. He's been using a open mouth cup since about 9 months, with assistance. He is now 14 months so we bought these hoping to have him gain independence but he toss the cup every time. I think he may need a regular sippy cup.

Pros

PERFECT TO LEARN: The small size is perfect for little ones transitioning from bottles to learning how to drink from an open cup. Better than sippy cups and cups with straws for oral development. Features ridges on the side to help grasp this trainer kids cup.

Cons

The cups may not have a temperature-sensitive indicator to warn of hot liquid
