Good shoe, good tread, poor wear resistance

I bought a pair of these for my 8 year old daughter. She loves them and wears them all the time, to her detriment. They lasted several months and now the fabric is almost fraying through along the creases (where the toe creases). They will last about a month before the abraded area wears out completely. They're cheap enough that overall I'm still satisfied.

Pros

The shoe has a lightweight construction that allows for maximum freedom of movement, making it ideal for active kids who want to run and play without feeling weighed down.
