These glasses are a lifesaver for anyone who spends a lot of time in front of the computer screen. Since I've started using them Ive noticed a dramatic reduction in the number of headaches I get each week. Plus, they're super lightweight and comfortable to wear for long periods of time. The only downside is that they can make colors appear slightly different, but that's a small price to pay for the relief they provide.
