Weak Wi-Fi signal High Speed Ethernet

I have a desk in the master bedroom but my modem is in the living room. The received Wi-Fi signal was weak and delayed during gameplay. The product unlocked high-speed internet for my desktop and reduced my latency. Mounting hardware was provided so we could properly route the cable throughout the house. It's a little odd that Amazon asks for a Wi-Fi signal rating when it's an Ethernet cable.
