Not my best purchase, could have found something else.

A brief history: I have a rather negative attitude towards Razer products, and I have had this attitude for quite some time. In the year 2022-2022, I used the first Razer Naga and the Razer Lycoza keyboard, and both of these products very quickly disappointed me due to emerging technical problems. For the past eight years or more, I have played World of Warcraft with mice that have side 12 keys. Some of these mice include the Razer Naga, the Logitech g600, and the Corsair Scimitar pro. The second option was ordered to have a long life, which brought up the issue of finding a replacement. Razer was chosen because the most recent iteration of the G600, which is receiving rather negative reviews; since Corsiar was no longer being produced, the decision was made to go with Razer. Now, to get to the meat of the matter: after being connected to a PC, the mouse functioned faultlessly; it was immediately determined, and all of the buttons were operational. However, Razer Synapce was not able to detect the mouse. Synapce was able to display Nagi after the mouse was connected one at a time, first through a wireless connection and then through a cable connection. However, as soon as that occurred, the keys 1, 2, and 3 on the sidebar stopped working. In addition, they did not work on either the 12-button or the 6-button ones. After that, a series of tests were performed, during which the panels, profiles, and USB ports to which the mouse was connected were all changed; however, none of these adjustments proved successful. The next day I went to the store's warranty department, where I took the mouse (there are no complaints about the store). The employees there connected it, looked at it, and confirmed that everything was functioning properly. They suggested that I try reinstalling the mouse driver in both the operating system and the Razer Synapce device itself. I returned to my home and destroyed Synapce; everything was successful. After installing Synapce, the backlight on the mouse will no longer function. After I plugged it into a different USB port and turned on the backlight, the keys 1, 2, and 3 once more dislodged themselves. As a direct consequence of this, everything is functional following a total of five restarts of the computer, a dozen attempts to connect the USB cable to a variety of sockets, and four fresh installations of Synapce. But I have no idea how stable everything will be, and I have no idea if it will fail after the next time I reboot. I paid a little less than 13,000 for the device, and for that price, the requirement that you dance with a tambourine in order to operate the mouse properly is ludicrous. To this point, there have been no complaints about the device itself. The sound produced by pressing the keys is gentle and pleasant, and the volume of the sound produced is not very high. The cable consists of empty space and is braided tightly with fabric to make it thick and flexible.

Pros
  • Quality of the Mouse The button's volume, as well as its clicks It's the wire.
Cons
  • Price and instability of the Razer Synapce 3.0 Mouse (due to the lack of a docking station included)
