If there were zero stars, this is what my rating would be. This cage looks large enough for an amazon, right? Not so. It’s a cockatiel cage. I contacted the seller and he said the photo wasn’t to scale. My foot! It’s not even close to scale. When I tried to return it the shipping cost was $162. That’s almost what I paid for the cage. I saw a review warning about this and I thought it was just grumbling of one customer. I was very wrong. The correct size of a cage at the very least is the cage should be as wide as the bird’s wingspan. There is no way a cockatoo or macaw could spread their wings in this cage. I know there are mini macaws and small cockatoos. Given that, it’s still to small. This cage would be fine for the smallest parrots. Bars are easily bent.
