I was skeptical at first. I didn't think it would actually help reduce the odor in my smelly shoes or get rid of them completely. I have really smelly feet. It can be a combination of wearing the wrong socks that don't really breathe, wearing just one shoe, and wearing them 12+ hours a day total for all occasions. Breaking my shoes and collecting all the sweat to create the perfect scenario to make your shoes smell like stinky tofu. I was in therapy to use deodorant on the soles of my feet up to my socks to keep a lot of sweat from building up. (It actually helps minimize foot odor and reduce shoe odor.) I also changed my socks every 4-6 hours and put them in my bag, which also seemed to help. The top two things that REALLY helped were buying more shoes and changing them every day and using Marsheepy charcoal pads. They tend to absorb moisture and odor well. From a stink level of 10/10 (10 being the max stink) he's significantly reduced that from 10 to a good 3-2. It's imperceptible from 10 feet away, you have to be close to really smell its good smell. . I also put them in my gym bag and laundry basket. Reduces odor to barely noticeable. I highly recommend buying these just to absorb weird smells and school smells or someone who smells.
