I was very disappointed with this hair clipper. I read all the great reviews and thought I found what I needed. The motor on this one is very, very weak, hence the cutting of the skin (it's a good thing there are cheap blades too). I have a Remmington clipper which is very cheap but cuts much better. The attachments for these machines are also very cheap. I trimmed my sides with a #1 clipper and then used another set of #1 clippers and she still cut so much hair. The only positive thing I can say is the looks of the clippers and the fact that they are cordless. But if you're someone who actually cuts your hair like a good barber, then don't worry about it. ** The product CANNOT be used without the attachment as it will simply stick to the skin and cut the skin. I had cuts on both sides of my head so I gave up. They literally just dig into your skin and cut it without cutting your hair.
