The first pair of headphones I ordered were defective but the company that sold them rectified the situation and sent another pair. They work as advertised and I'm happy with them, but I'm deducting a star because they aren't the best sounding headphones and the mic sounds a bit thin and weak. The large stance makes them a bit uncomfortable if you wear them for too long. Overall they are very good for their price.
