Beautiful colour, complicated thread

I bought this thread with the E940 glow in the dark to make a Halloween banner with my kids. The light effects thread is great in sunlight and in the dark, although I was disappointed that some of the colors included are not light effects (like lavender). So I was very disappointed to find that all of our threads had been untied; the thread is too slippery to neither neaten nor fix a knot, everything slips out. The thread is better suited for cross stitches when a tail can be woven under the stitches. I ended up gluing the back of the work and will come back later with hot glue.
