The headphones were delivered with a defect, the sound card works every other time. I wrote to technical support, they promised to help within a day. I waited longer for an answer, in the end I wrote it myself. They promised that the store would contact me, the store never contacted. I had to order a new sound card. I was seduced by a discount, given the new sound card, they came out as if without a discount. The customer service is disgusting when you run into a problem. I do not recommend ordering here.
