Review on Hibbent Portable Bidet Handy Toilette by Alex Taylor

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Works great, even better with a big bottle, no leaks.

Well I've used this a few times and it works better than I expected considering it's the first portable bidet I've ever used. I found the container that came with it to be too small, so I have to fill it 3-4 times. It's a very different kind of carving. I went to the wall world and grabbed some bottles that looked like they would work. The big one is caffeinated water which I've never seen before, it's about the size of a smart water bottle but has a smaller cap that has the same threads as the smaller big one. the cost of the bottles you receive in packages. They both fit, I just don't like the rustle of a small bottle. The large one is a bit bulky to carry around but the amount of water feels endless when used which is really nice. What's great is that it can be charged via USB, when I use the OTG cable on my phone, I can plug the charging cable into the OTG cable and charge from the phone. I don't know how many of these big bottles I can empty before the battery dies, but it only takes a few minutes for my phone to refill them after each use without losing a percentage on my phone, so I'm just going for it to recharge it every time. It also looks like you can use it while charging. As a last resort, I can probably just plug it into my phone and keep using it. As long as it doesn't expire. The only time water came out unexpectedly was when using the blue container that comes with the kit after refilling it. If the bidet has already been used and is not dry before refilling the reservoir, the air pressure when reassembling will force water through the bidet and splash a little. Just remove the container and let it dry for a moment and that won't happen. It's not really a problem, and it's not a leak. The only downside to using a bottle adapter is that the water inlet and air outlet are very close together. The bottle adapter doesn't leave much room for air to escape from the air inlet. So if you hold it at the wrong angle or there isn't enough water, it will start sucking in air bubbles that come out of the return line. It would be nice if the part of the adapter that went to the bidet was a little deeper to avoid this problem. In use, however, it doesn't seem to be a major issue with the larger bottle. It wasn't until I tested it in the sink to see how it performed that I realized that I held it at a different angle than the angle it's at. would be if used, it didn't work. If the angle isn't such that the water shoots up at a 45 degree angle, it can basically suck in its own air bubbles. But that's not really a problem either. Overall I think this is a great device that suits my needs very well. It has enough water pressure to shoot from one wall of my tub/shower to the other. The creek is just narrow. It works well for what it is and is good enough to get the job done. It's definitely not what you'd get with a bidet that plugs into your home's plumbing, but nothing of this size ever will. Have only realistic expectations when buying.
