Effective tonic, but has an unpleasant smell.
I apply it all over my face with a round cotton pad every morning and evening. I use it after cleansing my face and before applying other skincare and makeup. I love how it makes my face look cleaner than just washing with cleanser. This will remove dirt, oil and makeup residue. This tonic smoothes and soothes the skin without leaving a feeling of tightness and dryness. The only thing I don't like about this toner is the smell. Slightly sour smell of expired flowers.
