I would recommend with caution to those with dry skin. It's a little more astringent than I expected when I used it. However, it was great for my slightly sensitive combination skin in my 40s. I apply it all over my face with a round cotton pad every morning and evening. I use it after cleansing my face and before applying other skincare and makeup. I love how it makes my face look cleaner than just washing with cleanser. This will remove dirt, oil and makeup residue. This tonic smoothes and soothes the skin without leaving a feeling of tightness and dryness. The only thing I don't like about this toner is the smell. Slightly sour smell of expired flowers.

This bio-nourishing toner is applied American style with cotton and used until the cotton is translucent. Helps to cleanse the skin without drying it out. I found it a little sticky but not irritating to the skin or causing redness. My skin felt really cleansed, softer and still hydrated.
