I would recommend with caution to those with dry skin. It's a little more astringent than I expected when I used it. However, it was great for my slightly sensitive combination skin in my 40s. The toner caught everything my cleanser missed and my skin feels soft and thoroughly cleansed. I consider it more of a second cleansing step than a true tonic and after a few days of use I liked it more than my initial opinion. Partly because I'm used to the smell, it stinks in here. Although it will disappear and not stay with you, just be prepared when you put it on for the first time. It smells like you spilled chemicals on your face. A little uncomfortable but the product didn't bother my skin which can be "over dramatic" so dare I say everything in it is still quite delicate. TL; DR If you need a thinner, more astringent toner, this is it. Especially if you have thicker heavy serums/moisturizers after which you want to be able to fully absorb and not compete with your toner.
