My skin gets very dry, irritated and rough very quickly no matter how much water I drink. This is a wonderful combination of exfoliation and hydration. Sea salt definitely removes dead skin and makes it smooth. The oils ensure that the sea salt lubricates/does not chafe the skin and then the oils are left in to hydrate the skin. I can literally see water pooling on each ski. Some people might not like it - and that's okay. This product is not for them. For me, it makes my skin very smooth and almost glowing. I like the smell, but that's a personal preference. Just be careful not to use too much or be too harsh on thin areas of skin. I usually shake it before use.
