Review on Office Control by Gordon Turman

It's very easy to use, it has all of your information in one place with everything that you need for tracking time off or sick days/holidays etc! I wish there was more options available when creating new employees as some fields can be confusing at first glance but once used they are fine (eg - if an employee had worked before under another employer). The only thing i dislike about office control compared ot other programs out their such like ADP payroll would have been how much easier this program makes keeping track of staff hours which saves me sooo many man-hours each month!! The system works well for tracking absences and managing leave requests. The interface could be improved by adding additional options to customize the process. The system also has some outdated functions, such as requiring an employee's Social Security Number to submit their request. I would recommend this product because it is easy to use and makes the management of employee absences simple. We are able to track employee absences and manage them with ease.
