It's very easy to use, it has all of your information in one place with everything that you need for tracking time off or sick days/holidays etc! I wish there was more options available when creating new employees as some fields can be confusing at first glance but once used they are fine (eg - if an employee had worked before under another employer). The only thing i dislike about office control compared ot other programs out their such like ADP payroll would have been how much easier thisβ¦
