The metal clasp broke and the pendant fell out!

I absolutely loved it! I put it on my purse along with other kawaii charms I have. I have another one for my daughter. I found a piece of metal on the floor of my car the other day and had no idea what it was. Later that day my daughter asked me where my little Boba was. I checked and I'll be damned if the charm isn't GONE! I am so angry I will never buy from them again.
