Review on Japanese Kotatsu 600ｗ Metro Heater Replacement by David Bar

Works great love it my cats seem to like it too but there is a picture of a cat with a big cross in the instructions I just assume that means no pets unsupervised, but when I'm around I don't throw the cats out and turn it off when I'm not around. I (in the US) use a step-down transformer, which I think is a good idea. I suppose if one were sure to avoid the highest settings it could work on US line voltage, but I'd rather not risk it. .The controller has some cryptic settings (circles of different sizes) before you get to the numbers, the numbers control the heating as you would expect, but there doesn't seem to be any heat on the circles, but the fan is on, that i could understand descent mode but why more than one? There is no English at all in the instructions, but apart from these settings everything is clear.
