I like that they are extremely knowledgeable about their products as well being able to offer advice with regards installation/training issues we have been having in our office environment! They can be very picky so it is important you give them all your questions before signing up for any type service agreement or contract - otherwise there will always something else not addressed at first meeting which comes back later once signed!! We had an issue where users were accessing data from multiple systems simultaneously causing inconsistencies between records thus leading some staff members getting confused when working across different programs (which was really annoying!). Not sure if this has now changed but previous version did allow us access one program only without needing additional licences etc., however since upgrade these problems no longer exist allowing seamless integration into other applications such as Excel / PowerPoint through VBA macros.
