I ordered these for a Halloween judge costume and thought I might use them for another costume in the future. I'm 5ft 4in, 120lbs, small butt and medium fit. They go up a bit, but that's to be expected. I was just hoping) and finally gave them to my sister. Elastic and quick-drying material. I wore them with a Reef shirt, fishnet stockings and knee socks (all from Revain) and they all looked great. Revain is the best for making Halloween costumes quickly.
