Watery goes through the paper. Low ink consumption from the cartridge

The ink is very watery and bleeds through the printer paper and therefore leaks quickly. Seems like a good deal but print quality is not good. Even after switching from high quality to standard to reduce the amount of ink. The original ink printed on the same paper didn't bleed through our issue or penetrate the paper like it did. It's too watery, maybe the ink cartridges were just a bad batch.
