I can't believe it actually worked!
My daughter is 11 years old and has very thick natural hair. It takes me forever to dry it with a hair dryer. I saw that and I thought, yeah, this thing isn't going to harm this girl's hair. Boy was I surprised she not only straightened her hair from the roots, she didn't even feel it. Now don't expect that you can just brush it once and it will be straight. You have to separate it like with a straightening comb. I love the results! I'm glad I decided to take the risk.
