I wear a 7.5 and ordered a 38. They match in size and width. I have issues, low volume, low arch, medium foot width and find these sandals very comfortable. I could wear them all day without a break. The straps are soft, adjustable, won't cause blisters. High quality leather, with the black version there is no transfer of color from the shoe to the foot. They are of Ecco's signature quality, finish and materials as expected. I think they will last through several seasons of heavy wear. These well-made sandals are sporty, elegant and stylish. I highly recommend!
