I really want to give this product 5 stars and wish they could make a few improvements so it would be 5 Star worthy. It’s great that these don’t have to go in the freezer. You fold them in half and shake to activate. I was caught off guard by my delivery and was offered an ice pack in the hospital and then got these for home. I felt instant relief with the ice pack plus witch hazel pads. However, note that the pads are very heavy. Also, they are pretty uncomfortable after the cooling sensation wears off since they are so heavy. I would love to say "just change to a regular pad real quick when the cooling wears off,” but the reality of motherhood is sometimes it is hard to run to the bathroom whenever you would like. So yes, they are great to cool the area but they are heavy and not great once the sensation wears off. I hope this helps.
