Pros: The counter looks good. The screen is very clear. Easy to navigate. Comes with a carrying case with two windows (one for the screen and one for the buttons) so you can use the meter without having to take it out of your pocket. Cons: Only one window on the case has protective plastic. Placing the meter where the screen is protected by a plastic window turns the case upside down, allowing you to easily eject the meter from the case. Putting a blood glucose meter with a plastic window over the buttons doesn't protect the screen, but the case is level so the blood glucose meter can't fall out. It would also be nice if the measuring device had a charging connection with rechargeable batteries instead of 3 AA batteries. But the biggest downside is accuracy. When both ports are closed, i.e. there is no light at all, it is -70 dB, but then fluctuates between -50 and -70 dB from time to time. If you put it down and leave it alone it stays at -70dB, but if you touch it, pick it up, touch the back, or just look the wrong way, it suddenly oscillates between -70 and -50 for a second and goes away. return to normal life. I have ordered two of these counters and they both do the same thing which tells me there is a design flaw.
