This leash didn't work for us. Our new dog (2 year old rescue Pitbull) is about 70 pounds, very strong and still learning how to use the leash properly which means he pulls like Dickens. AFTER ONE WEEK OF USE: Due to the constant pulling and my attempts to fix it, the plastic brace that makes up the grip loop has slipped, making the loop (which was originally small) so small that I can't get my hand through through him. I could not adjust the yoke to get it back in place. Some of the things I liked about the leash are: excellent reflective quality, braided nylon strips make the rope very strong. Instead, I ordered a similar leash with a loop handle sewn in. I gave this leash 3 stars because it has some great features, but I find the build quality of the plastic headband to be problematic, especially with large dogs and/or dogs that pull on the leash. If you have a small dog or a dog that walks well on a leash, this leash may be for you.
