Well it took 3 attempts to order this thing but it was worth it. The first cabinet arrived without hardware. Raven helped. Not having any replacement hardware, they told us to get rid of the closet they sent us first and offered to refund our money. They immediately refunded my money and I ordered it again. The second order I had to pay more. Because the first one I bought was listed as new as used. I would be happier if they agreed to replace the first item at the original price. But we still got a good product at a good price. Unfortunately the second cabinet arrived without the hardware in the box and appears to have been opened and ransacked. Revine contacted again. They immediately arranged UPS delivery and product exchange. The third cabinet ordered came with the complete equipment. The boxes (two boxes are supplied for this item) were in good, like-new condition. The problem with the first two orders was that only one of the two boxes was sent. Therefore, when you order this, you should receive two large boxes of mounting hardware. And I recommend ordering from a company that promises free returns if you have problems with your order. As a core member, we haven't had any issues with returns. My husband, who is very skilled, assembled the closet in one evening. All in all it took him about two hours. I really love the closet. It's good. Excellent workmanship. Very spacious. It replaces a 3 story block the same height as mine but due to its depth it gives me 2/3 more storage space. I use it as a shelf in my sewing room.
