UPDATE: I'm very impressed with how XKDous handled my issue! Eason was very adamant about getting my voice heard and they committed to working on it. He reimbursed my expenses but I am very impressed that he asked me out as a fiber artist and what we are looking for in making our art. I will definitely continue shopping at XKDous! I really hope to stay with Xkdous for a long time πππ I've been a frequent buyer of this rope but the last batch let me down. The rope has become thinner, it feels like 3.5mm. Here are photos of the previous purchase and the new one I received yesterday October 31st. I have withdrawn my previous rating of 4 because praise should mean maintaining consistent quality and not cheating loyal customers.
