Just What I Needed best in my review
My previous SUV experienced an ugly scratch from the inside of the garage door, when it came down while the hatch was open. Ouch! So when I got my new SUV, I didn't want to repeat that painful experience. I placed these self-adhesive pads on the inside of the garage overhead door right where it would contact the hatch on my SUV if the door came down. Yep. They work! Don't ask me how I know, that's a story for another day.
Pros
- worked to add padding to steel brackets to hold my jeep doors on the wall.
Cons
- The foam may leave residue or damage surfaces when removed, making it difficult to reuse or reposition the pads
