I ordered two tens, one for me, the other as a gift for a friend. I suffer from chronic back pain and unbearable menstrual cramps, and she suffers from sciatic nerve pain. We both have experience with Tens from previous chiropractor visits. I thought why not get the same treatment but without leaving home. For being so compact, the device is very powerful. My first Tens unit worked about a week after owning it, but my friend had no failures. The problem I had was related to the pads and cables. For some strange reason, the electric current stopped flowing. I contacted the seller for a way to possibly reset the device and they sent a replacement. I'm a customer service advocate and their customer service was impeccable! I love my unit of ten! I recommend it to anyone suffering from any body pain that requires chiropractic care.
