Almost perfect for wall lights

I had my doubts about this product, I hesitated a lot. Most cheap moving lights like these don't work really well and lifespan is always disappointing. I bought these to use as emergency lights in the event of a power outage rather than buying dedicated dimmer bulbs due to the cost and ease of recharging. I'm not disappointed. Just a bit. My bathroom has 6 vanity lamps behind a translucent lampshade above the mirror and I placed one of these under the bulbs that shine from the translucent cover. I mounted the motion sensor on the wall next to the light and set it to only fire in the dark, using the lowest time setting available. Now when you enter the room, it is a perfectly usable light fixture for the entire bathroom. It turns on so quickly that you don't have time to turn on the light, and sometimes it turns on when you leave, turning off the main lights. This isn't a complaint, they last quite a long time between charges on the lowest time setting. To counteract this, I sometimes turn them off completely, knowing that in the event of a power outage, all I have to do is flip the switch and turn on the auto lights. Otherwise I leave it on and only charge it every few weeks to make sure it's ready. It detaches easily for easy charging. I'd almost consider wiring it up so it's always ready to be charged and used, but there aren't any such ports and I'm not sure how that would be for the battery. My only complaint is that the time settings jump from 15 seconds to 130 to 360. 15 is way too low for actual use as bathroom lighting (sometimes I don't move much when urinating and it starts so I have to do a bit weird dancing to detect movement) and 130 shines for a light I rarely use as my main light use to be overly exhaustive. 360 is way too much and I don't think the battery can handle much activation at that length. Otherwise you buy them. Sincerely recommend put them in your closet, bathroom, hallway, closet, anywhere. They're ugly to see the stripes, but you can see it when you buy them, so with a little effort hide them and they're a great lighting solution.
