I am a 5'8" 250lb woman with very large breasts, I bought this to use as a lake cover-up. My family spent 8 days on a houseboat in 100° weather, as a redhead I can't handle that much sun. This year I decided to get a long sleeve shirt to help. I bought the 2xl since that's what I wear in women's clothing I figured as a men's shirt it would be a little bigger, nope. Since I had a bathing suit under this at all times it didn't matter about button gaping but otherwise it would t have worked. However, I was able to use it for my purpose and it was so nice to keep the sun off me. I'll definitely use it again
