The chairs are very nice! The look of them is perfect. the dimensions and proportions are prefect. If gives me that modern look I was hoping for in my mid-century inspired home.Be aware that there is a strong chemical smell to these chairs - I presume from the paint process. I Put these at my 2nd home and came back a week later to pick them up for the return and when I walked in the door my nose stung from a chemical smell and I could not sort it out. While I was packing the chairs it was obvious where the small came from. It the defense of these chairs, the replacement chairs also had a similar smell. If i had kept these chairs I would have put them in my garage for a two weeks in hopes that the 130 garage will bake out the smell.I gave only 4 stars cause I think the raw metal chairs are nicer, in comparison. If you like the raw metal look then you should seek those out like I did.Although they are great chairs I did return them cause I found some chairs that were raw brushed metal with a clear finish here on amazon and preferred that look.
