An excellent home assistant for muscle heaviness and fatigue...

I have been wanting to buy a massager-myostimulator for a long time. About a year ago I ordered a similar device for my mother, but I would like to use it on a regular basis (more than once a month). And since I like the result of using it, I decided to please myself. The PLANTA brand simply has an excellent range of products for the health and beauty of the body. I ordered a body massager, namely the EMS + TENS EMS-200 muscle stimulator. You can buy it on the official website of planta. The cost of the device is 3590 rubles. Country of origin China. The massager is packed in a cardboard box with compact dimensions (24*19*4). Inside there is a detailed instruction manual for the device in Russian. I will give some points from it in the review. It's great that the massager is aimed at both electrical stimulation of muscles and electrical nerve stimulation. Regular use leads to the removal of stiffness in the muscles, improves blood circulation, relieves stress, and relaxes. This massager has contraindications, like other devices or drugs. I will list them below. These are quite serious pathologies. The muscle stimulator looks like a TV remote control, only a little larger in size. Although its shape is ergonomic, it fits comfortably in the hand. On the back of the case there is a belt clip, which implies the possible carrying with you. The picture below shows all the details and elements of the massager. The massager can work both from three "little" batteries that are included in the kit, and via a usb cable, which is a more modern and convenient solution. Also included are 8 self-adhesive electrodes, which are neatly packed in individual bags in pairs. The outer surface of the electrode is white, like fabric. The adhesive surface is black and covered with a protective film. The film must be glued back after the end of the massage. The set includes 4 connecting wires, which are connected to the electrodes on one side and to the channels on the other. And here are the channels themselves (A and B). The PLANTA muscle stimulator is capable of providing 10 types of massage, each is described in detail below in the instructions. My frequently used ones are back and shoulder massages, since these areas are problematic. The recommended massage time is 30 minutes, but may vary depending on the needs. I can not use it daily, although it is allowed even up to 3 times a day. But 2 through 2 option suits me. At first, it seems difficult to operate, and specifically, which buttons to press, the location of the electrodes, and the circuits. But in the future, you no longer experience any difficulties, the instructions are as detailed as possible. Below is a diagram of the location of the electrodes. They are varied. Massage with the use of a muscle stimulator is an ideal solution in the absence of the possibility of visiting a massage therapist. And in general, the PLANTA massager has become a great helper at home, which allows you to relax, relieve stress, relieve muscle fatigue, stiffness, pain in the muscles, especially in the back, neck, and shoulders. Of course, an assistant is required for sticking to these areas. Especially true after exercise, as well as after a hard day's work spent on your feet. It cools off fatigue, relaxes and promotes comfortable falling asleep. It is somewhat reminiscent of physiotherapy in a clinic and a sanatorium. Really cool and worthwhile. I am glad that I have such an assistant.
