It should be borne in mind that adhesive electrodes are not durable (up to 30 times) and if the adhesive properties are lost, you will have to purchase new ones or use an electrically conductive gel, but then they will have to be fixed, for example, with an elastic band. Electrodes can be purchased on the site where these devices are sold or ordered on Aliexpress, which will, of course, be several times cheaper.
