Review on πŸŽ’ Recon Backpack in TNF Black by The North Face by Robert Dabney

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Honest review good for computers and accessories

While this backpack fits nicely in my everyday bag, there are a few minor points that I think anyone buying this bag should be aware of. be in class. Please read this entire review. Pros 1) This bag is very convenient and versatile. Additional straps make it indispensable when carrying heavy loads or long journeys. The padding on the back is sufficient, the material is quite durable, with good seams, but the elastic mesh still retains its elasticity. The lower part is particularly impressive. 2) It's quite light, which is very convenient when you need to carry a lot of things. 3) It has a dedicated laptop compartment and plenty of storage space. 4) Double elastic water bottle holders. I LIKE. Cons 1) There could be more pockets and large sections. While this bag has quite a large storage capacity, they don't tell you that most of that space is vertical and NOT horizontal. In college, when I put all my notebooks on spirals, they have a full 8 inches above them. Again, that space is probably there if you fill the top pocket, but I think the space could have been better used. If you've ever owned one of those large LLBean backpacks, you know what I mean. This is a large, low profile bag, it should be sleek which makes it stylish and less bulky, but you can't stuff too many folders in it. 2) It doesn't stand up straight. Like most backpacks, this one unfolds when standing alone. I found this only a minor annoyance, but worth mentioning nonetheless - you definitely need to lean it or hang it somewhere. Summary Overall this is a good bag, I paid a big discount for it (about $60) so for me if the bag holds up it was a worthwhile buy. I would highly recommend it for those who typically carry most of their schoolwork or laptops with them, city commuters, casual exercisers who need to hit the gym, or hikers. But it's not your "week-a-week bag" and you don't have to carry all your binders around with you. To do this, use LLBean, Swissgear or the next larger version of Recon.
